Caravans at South Meadows

The Caravan Park has 100 pitches with hard standing and 25 grass pitches. All hard standing pitches are with electric hook and water connection, some being super pitches. Caravans are placed by quad on your reserved pitch by our trained staff, levelled then made secure by lowering your steadies ready for you to enjoy your stay with us.

Toilets and showers block - Our amenity block houses disabled shower and toilet, free power showers, family rooms, immaculate toilets, food preparation area, laundry room, chemical waste disposal. Everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. All of the above are regularly maintained to a high standard with our "dedicated on site" staff.

Play area is situated next to the Blue Bell Wood and is a safe environment for children to play in.

Bluebell Wood the Ancient Woodland of three acres has been thinned and replanted with hardwoods. In the spring the wood becomes a live with snowdrops, wild primrose, woodland daffodils, Bluebells and finally orchids. Ideal to relax, walk and take the dog.

All Bank Holidays are at High Season Price and are for a minimum of 3 nights Tents- We do not take groups except by prior arrangement. Maximum booking for any group is two tents Grass pitch - Grass pitch with NO connection to electrical hook-up points or water Standard Pitch - Grass pitch includes connection to electrical hook-up points. Hard Standing - Hard stand includes electrical hook-up point, water points Super Pitch-Includes connection to electrical hook-up point, water point and grey matter waste All prices include 1 car and up to 2 people and children under 2 years old.

On Arrival, clients should please report to reception.
Check In Time: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM / Check Out Time: Before 11:30 AM

Awnings, Showers, One Car and VAT are included in the tariff.

• Late stay until 4:00 PM - £5.00 ( not always available, for details ask in Reception).
• Dogs (maximum 2) are free. For each additional dog £2.00 per day.
• Park and Store clients staying only one day will be charged an extra £10.00 for the one night.
• Park and Storage clients who book and do not arrive will be charged the full fee.
• Deposit is one day's tariff, which is not refundable, but may be used for another stay at South Meadows before January 3rd 2013.
• Holiday cancellation insurance: £20.00 per week, non refundable.
• Gated access to the Park. Fobs are to be picked up in Reception. Refundable deposit for fob £30.00 (cash only).
• Tokens for washing machines (including washing powder) and dryers - £4.50 per token.
• Calor gas (propane and butane). - Price on application
• Camping gas. - Price on application

We regret that we cannot hire out gas cylinders.

Standard Pitch: hard standing, patio flags, water connection. Super Pitch: hard standing, patio flags, water connection, grey matter waste from caravan. Electricity charged at 0.19p KW. This charge will be altered from February 2012. Fob for entry into park refundable end of season £25.00. -All clients not using caravan but let to family must report into reception to register. -Clients may not sublet their caravan.
