We are delighted to announce that we have upgraded our website to reflect the new ownership and the new ethos of South Meadows.

For those that don’t know us, we are the Dunham family and we have had the pleasure of owning the park since February 2012.

We’re not new to running camping and caravan sites and we have a lot of experience and strong opinions of how we want to see things done.  Our passion is to deliver a quality product that meets the expectations of the discerning holiday maker.  We are focused on our core clients, the holiday home owners, the touring caravans and the canvas campers.
Our site has been dedicated to the enjoyment of outdoor living.  We have made a conscious decision not to be an ‘entertainment centre’ and as such we do not offer a social club, a bar or late night entertainment.  We are however, located within easy walking distance of our local town which offers all of these facilities if you so desire.

During the past few months and throughout the off season we will be making some significant improvements to the park in anticipation of next year, including architectural planting, road way extensions, upgrading of Holiday Homes, improvement of the storage areas and expansion of the electrical hook up systems.

We have made major strides in areas of sustainability with the installation of a sizeable solar panel array that is now delivering significant input to our electricity supply.
We do have plans!!

We have a list of activities that we are going to undertake to improve the site both in terms of facilities, amenities and the general ambience and ecology. When you visit I would be more than happy to talk these through with you and would be more than pleased to listen to your ideas and comments.
