A real treat, this luxury detached lodge, built using logs from sustainable forests, is situated in the grounds of a small leisure/campsite half a mile outside Belford.

The Lodge offers en-suite facilities for both bedrooms, open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with under floor heating, log effect gas stove, panoramic windows and easy access to the Northumbrian Heritage Coastline - at Bamburgh and Holy Island.

The traditional village of Belford has a choice of mini supermarkets, a post office, pubs and local gift shop and a coffee shop. For an evening meal visit The Blue Bell Hotel in the middle of the village, or closer at hand the popular Belford Golf Club just minutes walk from Kissankello, offers a variety of meals. Also within a ten minute drive there is a choice of seven pubs or restaurants, the staff on site will be happy to make recommendations, book tables and provide directions.

Order your paper, daily pint of milk or local provoisions from the staff on site and they will be delivered to your door the next morning.

Kissankello Lodge is currently the only lodge, completed in 2005, and will be the flagship of the small development. The garden hedges are yet to grow to their full height but the lodge offers seculsion and escapism.
