Park & Store
Park & Store clients have their caravan taken from storage and sited on their pitch by our staff with your caravan steadies put down and the caravan levelled ready for your arrival. Clients must inform the Park within a minimum of 48 hours before arrival to book a pitch. No specific pitch can be booked and only those available will be allocated. To avoid disappointment, pitches can be booked well in advance with one night's deposit paid for by card for each booking. Should the client fail to arrive then the night's fee will be forfeit. To cancel a booking the Park must have 48 hours notice so it can reallocate the pitch to another client. For clients staying only one night then an additional fee of £10.00 will be added to their stay at the Park. It is important when booking to inform the office staff if you will be putting up an awning with the dimensions of the awning so the correct pitch can be allocated.
For those who require our Five Star Treatment, your caravan will have its electric and water pump connected for an additional £10.00 allowing you, the client, to immediately chill out, to begin the weekend/holiday vacation as soon as you arrive so please leave your favourite beverage in the fridge so it can be chilled but not stirred. For those requiring this service, electric cable must be placed at entrance door to the caravan and whale pump in the sink.
Should you wish to book for your friends caravan, subject to availability they can be on the adjacent pitch. For those wishing to book a tent adjacent then they must use the front caravan/tenting area.
If you are going to be late due to traffic or for whatever reason, please phone us on: 01668 213 326 to inform us of your expected arrival time.
On departure, please do not raise your steadies as your caravan will be placed back into storage either the same day or the next day. Please remove all wheel clamps but leave on your hitch lock for security.
