Statics
South Meadows is a very quiet site. We do not have a club house as the emphasis is on providing a peaceful, relaxing and tranquil place to stay. Please find below some information about the site and our fees below.
- The fee for the year's seasonal pitch is £2300.00. Our year begins the 1st of March and continues until February.
- To place your static on site, we also charge a siting fee of £1100.00.
- All static caravans must have a gas check carried out by us at a charge of £60.00. Taking off fee is £600.00 if you wish to remove the caravan from the site.
- Introduction fee, (if not new Static Van), is £2,500.00.
- If the van is coming from another site we must check its condition but the charge is £100.00 within a 30 mile radius.
- Key fobs will be issued for a £30.00 deposit.
- All Statics must be wood cladded in brown or stained wood. You can arrange your own joiner to carry out this work. The work must be completed 2 months after your arrival.
- Henderson's are an excellent haulage company for bringing caravans to us.
