No, the holiday homes are for holiday use only meaning that owners must have their own permanent residence at all times.
Whilst you are allowed to let friends and family use your holiday home, any subletting is strictly prohibited.
Subject to the holiday home being in good condition, the park will make an offer for your holiday home in the first instance. Should you be looking for more for your holiday home, you may then contact a local dealer or consider a private sale however the holiday home must be taken off site and there are disconnection and disposal fees.
Whilst we don’t handle trade-ins directly, we have numerous dealer contacts who would likely be happy to make an offer for your touring caravan.
